Research Library

Our library and archives strive to acquire, preserve and provide access to a collection of published and unpublished material documenting the history of Marathon County. We currently house a vast collection of books, photographs, postcards, documents, scrapbooks and more.  Digitization and indexing have become an important focus of the library so that we can provide easy access to the information in our collection through our Website.

With the help of volunteers, we are continually developing our online databases to make our records accessible. Form more information, please contact us at (715) 842-5750, visit our library or fill out our Research By Request form below.
